Do I need to be HMC-Certified to be able to join?
Yes, we exclusively list HMC-Certified Halal restaurants and butchers on NOW By HMC. This increases confidence of our consumers and assures them that any food they order through NOW By HMC is always Certified Halal.

How long does it take to join and get started?
Joining us and getting started is quick (and easy!). Our friendly team sets up your store profile and menu (so that you don’t have to) and you can be up and running in a couple of days.
Can my customers pay by cash?
No, we don’t accept cash payments for orders through the app. This also helps us manage risk of fake transactions which can hurt your business.
What are our delivery options?
If you don’t have riders, you can request fulfilment of delivery orders via 3rd Party Couriers or Independent riders active on our platform.
If you have riders, you can set up your riders to deliver orders through NOW By HMC app and earn additional revenues.

How does pricing work?

This normally varies across cities, but is generally between 2 to 3.5 miles.
