Frequently Asked Questions

We settle on a weekly basis. You’ll normally get your account statement every Monday (for the preceding Monday to Sunday period) and funds settled into your bank account every Wednesday.

If you don’t have riders, you can request fulfilment of delivery orders via 3rd Party Couriers or Independent riders active on our platform.

If you have riders, you can set up your riders to deliver orders through NOW By HMC app and earn additional revenues.

In case of issues with food quality, we give you control to decide whether refund is due and if so, how much. The evidence by customer will be shared with you and depending on the severity of the issue you’ll approve full or partial refund.

In case of incomplete orders where the customer is able provide evidence of a missing item, a refund is issued will be issued to the customer straight away.
